What is NFC?

An NFC (Near Field Communication) memorial plaque works by incorporating an NFC chip into the plaque, which can store digital information such as a tribute, biography, photos, or even voice recordings of the deceased. When an NFC-enabled device, like a smartphone, is placed near the plaque, it can read the data stored on the NFC chip without needing to touch the plaque.

Is my phone NFC enabled?

Android:

Almost all android devices made in the last ten years are NFC enabled.

Apple devices:

Iphone 7 can access the NFC by downloading a third party app.

Newer Iphone models are fully NFC enabled.

Please ensure that you enable your NFC in your settings.

How can I share the memorial page with friends & family?

Once you have created your page you can share your custom URL which will link directly to the memorial page.

I am having trouble with my memorial page?

Email or phone us and we would be happy to help. We can access the page remotely.

What is a lifetime guarantee?

In the unlikely event that the plaque stops working, we will replace at no extra cost.

What is the shipping time?

We aim to ship in 5 – 7 working days.

How big is the plaque?

What can I include on the memorial page?

The choice is yours. Your memorial site enables you to create a biography, and upload personal photos, videos, and your loved ones’ favourite things in life.

Visitors to the profile have the option to leave heartfelt tributes via the memory book and leave donations via Just Giving to a charity of your choice.

If you do not have pictures or videos we can still create a fitting tribute.

Do I have to pay a hosting fee/subscription?

No, Your purchase includes lifetime hosting of your memorial site. No hidden costs and no monthly subscription.

I experienced a miscarriage/stillbirth/death of my child, can I create a memorial page?

As a family we experienced a late stillbirth and were determined to ensure we created a template for all the precious angels. Please browse our templates where you will find specially created designs. You can choose to include handprints/footprints/scan photos and/or their story. We are here to support you.
