step one: Select your design

Choose from one of our bespoke templates designed in house by our graphics team. If we do not have a suitable template please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

step two: Enter your loved ones details

Share your loved ones details alongside your fondest memories in text, photo & video. We understand this can be an emotional journey. If you would like to submit eulogy please email the team. Thank you trusting us with your precious memories.

Your plaque also includes a bespoke engraving which can be a name, date or message.

P.S. Do not worry if you forget something you will receive access to the website to make changes and additions once your plaque arrives.

After you provide the details of your cherished one, our team will diligently craft a personalized memorial page using the design template you select.
