James Shroff, a cherished husband, father, and devoted member of his community, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2023, at the age of 73. Born on March 10, 1950, James was raised with a strong emphasis on family values and community involvement.

He excelled academically and athletically during his high school years and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In 1975, James married his beloved wife, Georgina, and together they enjoyed 48 years of a loving and fulfilling marriage. They raised two children, Emily and Michael, and delighted in their roles as grandparents to Grace, Ethan, and Lily.

James had a distinguished career in finance, noted for his integrity and commitment to mentoring young professionals. He also devoted his time to various charitable causes, significantly impacting his community. An enthusiast of the outdoors, he loved camping, fishing, and hiking with his family, fostering a deep appreciation of nature in his loved ones.

James is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings, Robert Jr. and Susan. A memorial service will be held on October 2, 2023, at St. Mary’s Community Church at 2:00 PM. Instead of flowers, the family requests donations to the James Shroff Memorial Scholarship Fund to support the education of underprivileged youth in the community. James’s legacy continues through the numerous lives he touched, the values he upheld, and the love he shared. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
